Job Responsibilities for the Service Manager:
- Manage and schedule service group of 12+ technicians
- Manage and schedule annual and monthly inspection contracts
- Review and sign off on weekly timecards for the technicians
- Manage on-call list
- Annual technician reviews
Qualifications of the Service Manager:
- Prefer 8-10 years of comparable experience
- Customer service experience in an industrial setting that includes dispatch and scheduling
- Ability to work with technicians, project managers, service professionals, admin staff, customers, and vendors
- Mechanical and electrical background preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to wear multiple hats
