About the role
Nous sommes actuellement la recherche d'un ou d'une Conseiller Principal en Indemnisation, Lignes Spcialises, E&O D&O qui jouera un rle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance en assurance spcialise. Il se peut que le poste soit converti en Conseiller en Indemnisation selon l'exprience des candidats ou candidates.
Sous la direction des Rclamations en lignes spcialises, titre de Conseillre Principale en Indemnisation E&O D&O- Qubec, vous devrez, comme expert en sinistre, assister le client dans le cadre de rclamations en responsabilit professionnelle et en responsabilit des administrateurs et dirigeants. Vous devrez analyser la recevabilit de la rclamation, conduire l'enqute pour dterminer la responsabilit potentielle de l'assur et/ou des tiers, valuer les dommages rclams et ngocier, le cas chant, un rglement, tout en veillant, chacune des tapes, offrir l'assur un service client exceptionnel.
De concert avec nos avocats, vous devrez, traiter des dossiers litigieux, laborer des stratgies et envisager les modes alternatifs de rglements de conflits dans ces dossiers.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Montral, Laval, St-Hyacinthe, Qubec
Responsabilits principales:
- tre l'coute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu'entreprendra la rclamation, rpondre ses questions et livrer un service qui dpasse ses attentes
- Analyser les garanties d'assurance du client et expliquer clairement quelles sont les protections en lien avec la rclamation prsente
- valuer la responsabilit potentielle de l'assur et/ou de tierce partie en appuyant son raisonnement sur des lments d'enqute pertinents et bien tays
- valuer le caractre raisonnable et la recevabilit des dommages rclams l'assur
- Communiquer efficacement avec le client pour l'informer des dveloppements
- Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l'entreprise
- Ngocier efficacement, si opportun, les rclamations
- Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des cots externes
- Collaborer activement avec les divers services tel que la souscription, la distribution, le contentieux, ainsi qu'avec les courtiers
- Participer aux catastrophes lorsqu'elles se prsentent
- Assister des confrences de rglement l'amiable et des procs
- Maintenir jour ses connaissances et participer aux dveloppements de collgues

Qualifications
- Diplme d'tude collgiale (DEC) et/ou formation quivalente ou juge pertinente
- Dtenir un permis 5a valide auprs de l'AMF
- Exprience de 5 ans titre d'expert en sinistre E&O D&O ou exprience quivalente
- Bilinguisme (Franais, Anglais) . Ncessit de traiter des dossiers de rclamations d'une clientle anglophone sur une base rgulire
- DEC en assurance / Baccalaurat en droit (un atout)
