Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all vendor relationships; project manage as needed
- Hire, train, and develop management team to provide an optimal experience for guests and team members
- Determine and control staffing levels while maintaining guest service levels
- Make operational recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
- Maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food-service equipment
- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
- Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the contract food service industry, including concessions and retail in a sports venue
- Extensive sustainability experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management or similar
- Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
- Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience
