Summary:

The Project Manager, Rentals and Aftermarket shall be primarily responsible for managing projects in the Rentals and Aftermarket Department. These projects will include implementation of projects once handed over from the Production, Rental, or Business Development divisions. Project Manager - Rentals and Aftermarket will ensure that the projects are delivered within budget and on-time, and will be the primary technical interface for the customer. In addition, this position will coordinate resources internally including assigning the correct personnel and assuring all deliverables are met to complete all work. The PM- Rentals and Aftermarket will be given key client relationships for Trendsetter and manage all Rentals and Services projects for these customers. Of these projects, the typical project workload could be up to ten projects at a time ranging in scope. In addition, the Project Manager - Rentals and Aftermarket may be called upon to provide both strategic and tactical support as required by Clients. This support includes, but is not limited to, engineering, operational, technical and sales support related to both rentals and services offered by Trendsetter. Examples of this support may include facilitation of technical training, drills and exercises as well as sales oriented and technical interface meetings with current and prospective clients. This position will be based from the Trendsetter office located in Houston, TX, but may require travel on a limited basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all Rentals and Aftermarket projects are within budget and delivered on-time
Gain a thorough understanding of the Trendsetter supplied equipment
Manage the day-to-day operations of the projects and equipment assigned including documentation, personnel and 3rd party support
Interface with the client as the primary Trendsetter representative for all technical and equipment support matters
Coordinate internally to ensure that Client expectations are understood and met by the TEI organization
Consult with the account manager for opportunities leads and the proposals formation
Interface with Engineering and Technician staff as required ensuring technical information is accurate and consistent
Coordination of support with third party companies and/or organization as required
Stay abreast of developments which impact the industry and Trendsetter supplied equipment such as new regulatory requirements
Provide input into the continued improvement of existing processes and equipment as well as contribute to the development of new technics and technology in support of subsea operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management including support of Trendsetter product lines
Must conform to all policies and procedures of Trendsetter Engineering, Inc.

Qualifications:
Experience:

o Engineering and/or project management background preferred

o Preferred Minimum of five years practical experience in oilfield operations and equipment

o Minimum of two years in offshore Oil & Gas operations (Drilling, Completion, Production or Well Abandonment)

o Project Delivery/Project Management skills

o Strong Interpersonal Skills & Presentation Skills o Basic knowledge of offshore drilling operations and subsea production infrastructure

o Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio)
Education and Training:

o Bachelor's Degree preferred

o Good communication skills, both written and oral

o Ability to provide leadership to and work with both internal and external resources

o Ability to adapt to change, when required due emergency response nature of business

o Ability to relate and link processes of product into larger organization processes
