About the Opportunity

As the IT Systems Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of the company email tenant, intranets and computer systems. Managing and maintaining mail security, initiating regular Phishing campaigns, and implements systems and tenant updates to mirror emerging best practices. Duties include assigning and maintaining user access, installing and maintaining software, responding to employee concerns relating to IT, troubleshooting IT issues, and writing policy documents and training materials for employees. Manages virtual servers and other related IT infrastructure. Coordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for company's systems.

  • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization, using O365 and Entra ID.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
  • Diagnose hardware and software errors, document problems and resolutions, prioritize issues, and assess their impact.
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Manage Azure capacity, storage planning, and Virtual Server performance.
  • Maintain cyber security, privacy and HIPAA best practices.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a purely Systems, or Security role, supporting a mid-sized Windows Server/Microsoft Entra ID environment.
  • Skilled in O365 Administration, Entra ID, file sharing, permissions, email security, message trace, PowerShell, DMARC, dynamic email groups, group policies, phishing campaigns, Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, PostgreSQL Administration, Azure Virtual Environment, Outlook/Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud/Endpoint.
  • Experience with API usage and light integrations.
  • The ability to perform a multi-task job and adjust priorities as appropriate.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
  • Action and detail oriented, having a drive for success.
  • Comfortable working independently and ability to complete assigned projects on time.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • The ability to interact effectively with a broad range of associates spanning varied disciplines and responsibilities.
  • Required to work in the Concord office at least 1 day each week(Thursday). Subject to change as necessary.
