Are you a results-driven leader passionate about operational excellence, team development, and safety? Join Surepoint as our Operations Manager, where you'll lead the day-to-day success of our Nisku branch operation while making a direct impact on our people, clients, and bottom line.

What You'll Do:

As Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the branch operation-driving performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring we exceed customer expectations. You'll foster a strong safety culture, champion employee development, and keep our financial goals on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across shop, field service, and administration with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with Surepoint's safety standards (monthly green HSE scorecard)
• Manage financials including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability
• Build and develop a skilled, motivated, and engaged team
• Strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify growth opportunities and lead branch-level strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and PROS values

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in a leadership or senior supervisory role
• Background in energy services; natural gas compression or electrical experience is a strong asset
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts
• Solid leadership skills and a hands-on approach to operations and team development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred
