About the role

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
Conduct analysis of chargebacks, shortages, sales data, and trade promotions to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Provide insights and recommendations to the Dollar General and Family Dollar teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
Work with the Operations/Customer Service teams to ensure compliance with DG/FD requirements and standards
Identify and escalate issues that may impact the business to the appropriate stakeholders
Own and manage the relationship with the retailer's data team to create solutions/efficiencies in reporting tools

The experience we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
2+ years of experience in operations and sales analysis, preferably in a retail or CPG environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
Experience with Nielsen, Circana/IRI and related tools preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

US salary ranges

USD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
