Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong analytical and project management skills to join the Client Private Credit & Equity (PC&E) team. This role focuses on supporting investment decision-making, portfolio management, and operational efficiencies through advanced data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with investment professionals, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to drive scalable efficiencies and deliver impactful business solutions. This is a remote position operating on East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Liaison: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams by documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the efficient delivery of technology solutions.
• Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across various PC&E strategies, including market research and internal systems.
• Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports using PowerBI or Tableau, including performance dashboards, KPI trackers, and financial summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within internal processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, operations, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, stakeholder communication, status tracking, and risk management.
• Incident & Issue Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a data-focused role, preferably within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong project management experience, including project planning, stakeholder management, status tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Proven track record of working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights through reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
• Understanding of the private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies).

Certifications:

• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus but not required.
