This in-person role is designed for a dynamic HR professional who excels in strategic leadership and change management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives in a unionized environment.
- Act as a change leader, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, from executives to shop floor employees.
- Manage union relations, including contract negotiations and grievance handling, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive relationship.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Drive employee retention strategies and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace environment.
