HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (NOT REMOTE)

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. This in-person role is designed for a dynamic HR professional who excels in strategic leadership and change management. The successful candidate will be integral to our leadership team, tasked with fostering a robust workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives in a unionized environment.
• Act as a change leader, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, from executives to shop floor employees.
• Manage union relations, including contract negotiations and grievance handling, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive relationship.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Drive employee retention strategies and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, with benefits included. While union experience is not mandatory, candidates with such expertise will be highly valued.
