LOCATION:
- On-site in Charlotte NC
- Occasional travel once a quarter

- Strategic Visioning: Define and lead the creative direction for all brand and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesion with broader business objectives.
- Team & Talent Leadership: Inspire and manage a diverse creative group including designers, writers, and producers within a collaborative environment.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the concepting and execution of bold, multi-platform campaigns that bring storytelling to life across digital, print, experiential, and environmental touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align on goals, refine strategies, and deliver exceptional creative work.
- Creative Oversight: Direct the end-to-end production process-from ideation to final delivery-ensuring excellence, timeliness, and budget alignment.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 7+ years of creative experience encompassing digital and print
- Leadership experience required
- Proven success leading integrated campaigns across diverse digital and traditional channels
- Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Professional acumen with ability to interface with executives
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry or in an agency setting is highly preferred
