Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall medical care of patients, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the veterinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the practice.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the care their pets receive.
- Work closely with partner hospitals to maintain high standards of care and integrate best practices across the network.
- Ensure the clinic consistently meets AAHA standards and upholds a culture of excellence in all operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- A small animal veterinarian with at least 5 years of practice experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a veterinary team.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, staff, and partner hospitals.
- Enthusiastic about working in a high-tech, supportive, and collaborative environment.
