Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Installation, Configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX and ADM.
  • Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM.
  • Application onboarding, configuration sync between DC and DR.
  • Troubleshoot issues of Application accessibility.
  • Resource management and reports generation.
  • Handling the incident cases based.
  • Coordinate with OEM and vendor for any issue
  • Find out RCA of major issues.
  • CLI knowledge is must for NS
  • Configuring Content switching, Load balancing/GSLB configuration with CLI
  • Installing/upgrade of ADM and NS Firmware with CLI.


Experience Required

  • Minimum 8 + yrs. of relevant Experience in Citrix NetScaler is mandatory
  • Should have Expert in troubleshooting NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, Content switching, GSLB.
  • Working knowledge of Installing and troubleshooting NetScaler MPX, VPX, SDX.
  • Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution.
  • Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.
  • Good oral/written communication skills,
  • Should be fluent to develop technical relationships with end-users, OEMs and other teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of Installing and troubleshooting NetScaler MPX, VPX, SDX.
  • Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution.
  • Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.


Salary Range-$100,000-$110,000 a year
