Fujitsu America is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head its Oracle Practice in the Americas. This role is ideal for a senior executive with proven experience in leading Oracle Practice, driving growth strategies, and managing end-to-end P&L responsibilities.

As the Service Line Leader - Oracle, you will work closely with Fujitsu's industry sales, delivery, and global Oracle teams to scale our Oracle business across the Americas. You will play a central role in positioning the Oracle service line for accelerated growth, strengthening our Oracle partnership, and helping clients navigate their digital transformation journeys through Oracle Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Offering Strategy and Development
  • Own the Oracle services portfolio for the Americas, including defining the offering vision, roadmap, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborate with Fujitsu's global Oracle teams to align regional offerings with global capabilities and innovations.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify key industry trends, and define competitive differentiators for Oracle solutions.
  • Establish value propositions and pricing strategies for Oracle Cloud (Fusion), ERP, HCM, SCM, and database services.

Go-to-Market & Sales Support
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and the Oracle alliance team to drive pipeline generation and market visibility.
  • Act as a thought leader to clients, advising on Oracle-led transformation initiatives and trends.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on account planning and joint pursuit strategies with Oracle.
  • Lead or participate in sales enablement activities to build internal capability and market readiness.

Delivery Excellence
  • Ensure successful delivery of Oracle engagements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align proposed solutions with delivery capabilities and ensure execution excellence.
  • Oversee risk management, delivery assurance, and resolution of escalations.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and drive customer success through consistent delivery quality.

Practice Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing Oracle team across consulting, pre-sales, and delivery functions.
  • Drive talent acquisition, training, and upskilling strategies based on pipeline needs and practice goals.
  • Establish and manage performance metrics, utilization, and resource planning.
  • Champion a collaborative, growth-oriented culture within the Oracle Practice.

P&L and Operational Management
  • Own the Oracle Service Line P&L across the Americas, with accountability for revenue growth, margins, and cost management.
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations to ensure smooth business operations and scalable growth.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling Oracle service portfolios or Practice, with full P&L ownership.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies (Fusion, ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle infrastructure/database solutions.
  • Strong background in large-scale Oracle implementations and digital transformation programs.
  • Track record of building client relationships and influencing C-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to define solution strategies that align with customer business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Skilled in working with Oracle's partner ecosystem and co-sell motions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the Americas to support clients and business objectives.
