Description:

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Developer to join our Cybersecurity group. The Cybersecurity Training Developer will support the Cybersecurity Workforce Development Team.

This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop individual and instructors' training curriculum and course materials.
  • Develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate catalogues.
  • Develop courses and instructional material to educate technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background material and training aids).
  • Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates and course evaluation forms).
  • Provide second-level training support.
  • Provide standards, services and guidance on training programs.
  • Design, develop and conduct Cybersecurity Training materials in accordance with agency Policies and Standards.
  • Investigate and provide business cases for establishment of Cybersecurity job series.
  • Support the development of Cybersecurity career paths by defining the required training and mechanisms for each.
  • Support Cyber Outreach and Awareness Training.


Skills Required:
  • Experience developing training courses and materials.
  • Experience with IT career development.
  • Experience developing training standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.


Skills Preferred:
  • Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
  • Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of IT experience.


Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
