- HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Partner with site leadership teams to understand local needs and provide HR support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all locations.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all sites.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Lead and support onboarding and orientation processes across multiple sites.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement across all locations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing counsel on HR-related matters.
- Training and Development:
- Collaborate with site leaders to identify training needs and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and development.
- Implement initiatives that support career growth and internal mobility within the organization.
- Support leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities across sites.
- Performance Management:
- Guide managers on performance management processes, including setting clear expectations, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
- Drive employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation at all sites.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures across all sites.
- Partner with the Compensation and Benefits teams to communicate programs effectively and address employee questions or concerns.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report key HR metrics, including turnover, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:
- Collaborate with site leaders to ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
- Promote employee wellbeing programs and initiatives across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a multisite or multi-location HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
