GENERAL FUNCTIONThe Helix Regional Sales Executive for the iECP Team is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new sales opportunities to drive new customer growth in the independent ECP category by meeting or exceeding established monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI's.) Selling solutions within Helix requires the ability to explain, educate and sell a complex solution platform to a variety of industry stakeholders in a way that each can relate. This is a hunter sales role with the responsibility of managing an individual territory by performing lead generation and sales activities to contribute to its growth.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed defined goals and grow assigned territory through sales activities such as prospecting, consistent follow-up, product demonstrations and sales presentations, negotiating and closing techniques, relationship building, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional Essilor Luxottica sales counterparts in the iECP organization(s) to drive leads and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in doctor alliance groups and influential practices within assigned territory.
- Manage a sales pipeline to achieve growth and hit individual sales targets.
- Guide prospects through sales process from lead to closed/won.
- Prepare and execute sales action plans.
- Ability to appropriately forecast sales attainment to sales leadership.
- Demonstrate and present Helix solutions to various industry stakeholders.
- Represent Helix in attendance at industry conferences and events.
- Maintain consistent sales processes and CRM management.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all products in the Helix portfolio.
- Coach regional team on sales activities such as prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiating, closing techniques, etc.)
- Abide by designated rules of engagement and standard operating procedures.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills.
- Must have time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
- Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to be agile with growth and change.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets
- Proven experience in managing a defined sales process with measurable stages and metrics.
- Good negotiation skills.
- College degree preferred but not required
- Software and/or Healthcare experience is preferred
