Duties & Responsibilities

  • As Senior Systems Analyst for the product together with the IT Capability Lead and Product Owner you execute strategy, planning and financials while actively supporting our transformation from project organization into an agile product organization
  • Implement demands in the areas of Send Explorer and Laboratory information management (LIMS), study coordination and instrumentation systems based on its short- and long-term roadmap


Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS with a minimum of 4 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 years.
  • Broad knowledge in state-of-the-art technologies and experience in system architecture design, preferably paired with an understanding in laboratory information management systems
  • Basic knowledge in drug development processes. Preferably in non-clinical drug safety processes
  • Experience in gathering and refining requirements, coordinating with business stakeholders and technical teams and driving the realization of these demands
  • Experience in agile methodologies paired with an agile mindset driven by openness, respect, and continuous learning
  • Strong communication skills including capability to create and maintain business relations and working with business partners, vendors and developers


Eligibility Requirements :
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
