We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert who thrives in complex, multi-cloud environments. You are passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and streamlining delivery pipelines at scale. As a strategic member of our platform engineering team, you will design, build, and optimize DevOps solutions that drive speed, security, and resilience for our cloud-native workloads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work hands-on in designing, building, and enhancing cloud-based architectures, engineering standards, and operational excellence strategies. Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC tools. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure consistent environments. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and proactively address issues. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
5+ years of DevOps experience in enterprise or large-scale environments. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud preferred). A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Mastery of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Fluent in French and English; able to operate in a bilingual environment. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
