You Are:
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Conversion Lead Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial data into actionable insights for a dynamic organization. To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in the nuances of data conversion and possess a keen eye for detail to identify and rectify any discrepancies that may arise during the conversion process. Familiarity with testing methodologies is essential, as you will be required to conduct rigorous testing cycles to validate the accuracy of the financial data. Your ability to navigate and manipulate large datasets will be a valuable asset, as will your proficiency in utilizing Oracle Financials to its fullest potential.
Your success in this role will be bolstered by previous experience in similar financial data conversion projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve meticulous data validation to guarantee the integrity of the financial data post-conversion. Additionally, you will play a critical role in testing the converted data to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the new system.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 + years of relevant Oracle Financials experience
- Experience leading the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials data conversion process
- Experience analyzing module conversion data load and understand relational dependencies
- Experience with loading data to the Oracle cloud instance, conducting pre-conversion activities dependency check
- Experience connecting the business and technology team to discuss conversion activities
- U.S. Citizenship required
