Job Title: Project Manager - Administrative Applications (Agile)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives in the Administrative Applications domain, supporting agile development teams and ensuring successful project execution. The role involves applying standard project management methodologies in an Agile/Scrum environment and working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale projects in public sector or government-related environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects using feature-driven Agile methodologies.
- Oversee design and development work, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, charters, and other project documentation.
- Track progress of development teams, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and contingency plans.
- Provide weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular project team meetings.
- Guide the development of SDLC artifacts, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate complex technical designs and processes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver presentations to leadership and oversight committees.
- Serve in a business analyst capacity when needed.
- Provide technical support, including potential on-call duties based on project phase.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal staff and ensure smooth project transitions.
