Functional Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Fusion Invest Expertise: Deep understanding of the Fusion Invest software and its functionalities.
Financial Software Knowledge: Familiarity with other financial software, especially those used in capital markets.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and map data effectively.
System Configuration: Skills in configuring software systems to meet client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Consult with clients to understand their requirements and perform needs analysis
System Configuration: Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls based on their business
practices and processes
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and mapping activities, analyzing source data files and mapping data to target applications
Implementation Support: Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions and ensure the system
is functioning correctly
Training: Offer consultative training and reinforcement of training to clients
Troubleshooting: Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality, and assist in resolving
any issues
Project Management: Communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders, and follow established
project management standards
Skills and Qualifications:
Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of capital markets, investment management, and financial services
Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and communication skills to present and implement solutions
Technical Expertise: Experience with Fusion Invest and financial software, particularly in capital markets software for front office, middle office, back office, or risk
Additional Requirements:
Work Location: This role requires working out of client offices in West Des Moines
Professional Services Experience: Experience with a financial software vendor is a strong plus
This role is crucial for ensuring that clients can effectively use Fusion Invest to meet their business needs and achieve high levels of satisfaction with the software.

Risk/ Capital Markets Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of capital markets, investment management, and financial services.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, communicate scope, status, and risks to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues.
Training: Ability to train clients and reinforce training effectively.
Salary Range- $85,000-$110,000 a year
