Job Description:
Are you a motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives on meeting new people and being on the move? If so, this full-time Direct Sales, Account Executive role is for you! No sales experience? No problem! At Ezee Fiber, we provide paid training to set you up for success. This role offers competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $110,000 annually ($40,000 base salary + uncapped sales bonus) + benefits. Those who are on-target for 6 months are eligible for promotion that includes a higher base salary and related OTE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Ezee Fiber in the marketplace.
  • Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs to sell Ezee Fiber High-Speed Internet door-to-door.
  • Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly high speed internet sales and revenue quotas through using consultative sales process.
  • Deliver sales presentations on products and services that meet the customer's needs.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Ezee Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
  • Participates in all sales meetings and training programs, as assigned.
  • Participate in activities and events that promote Ezee Fiber products and services, as necessary.
  • Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Must have reliable transportation to the field and a safe driving record.
  • Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Organized and Efficient: Must be highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Multitasker: Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Telecommunication / General sales experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)


Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
  • Outdoor Enthusiast: The position requires approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment.
  • All-Weather Warrior: Ability to work in all seasons and inclement weather.
  • Active and Energetic: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour work shift; may require walking several miles each day.
  • Licensed Driver: Valid Driver's License required
