This role is responsible for project planning, execution, communication, and continuous improvement across departments. Key Responsibilities
Cross-Departmental Project Leadership
Lead projects that span across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Monitor ongoing project progress across divisions, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables stay on schedule.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to proactively identify and remove roadblocks.
Track and update task progress in project management tools such as Asana and/or Jira.
Communication & Collaboration
Act as the central liaison between key stakeholders across multiple departments.
Lead and facilitate project kickoff meetings and regular status reviews with cross-functional teams.
Communicate project updates, risks, and strategic shifts to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Respond to urgent requests and provide real-time support to resolve escalated project issues.
Financial & Vendor Oversight
Coordinate directly with Finance teams to ensure accurate project budgeting, expense tracking, and variance reporting.
Review, approve, and assign budget codes, manage labor tracking, and reconcile contractor/vendor invoices.
Coordinate procurement, delivery, and timelines for third-party services and materials.
Operational Excellence
Align cross-functional teams on the goals and execution of strategic business initiatives, including product rollouts, process changes, financial reporting enhancements, and performance optimization efforts.
Collaborate with regional and field teams to ensure alignment with national and divisional priorities.
Lead project workstreams related to trade shows, promotions, events, loyalty programs, and dealer network support.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and establish scalable project management processes across the business.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all systems of record are updated accurately.
Monitor KPIs and dashboards, particularly around operational efficiency, budget performance, and regional execution.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, extract learnings, and refine best practices.

Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of project management or program operations experience across multiple business functions.
- Deep experience with project management software (Asana preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios spanning Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Strong budgeting and vendor coordination skills; capable of owning project-level financial planning and reconciliation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Teams, Miro, SharePoint).
- Experience supporting distributed teams and navigating cross-regional or global initiatives a plus.
