Description:
Inizio Engage Canada is looking for an experienced Territory Manager, Neurology with experience meeting territory business and market share goals to manage the assigned territory of the province of Ontario. The Territory Manager, Neurology will amplify and strengthen the matching of client therapeutic solutions with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through collaborative relationships with main Healthcare Providers (HCPs). The Territory Manager, Neurology will report to the Business Manager, Inizio Engage.
This is a 12-month contract, and the jobholder is required to be field based.

Key Objectives:
- Holds a high level of product, competitive, customer and territory knowledge and acts as primary contact for HCPs, with primary focus on Neurologists.
- Responsible for the assigned territory to represent client's neurology/rare disease products in person (or virtually if needed) to healthcare providers, effectively communicating key selling messages about the product's features, clinical benefits, and safety information
- Deliver medical education in person (or virtually if needed), such as lunch and learns / CHE events and conferences to HCPs
- Develop strategic business plans and territory routing plans to maximize business opportunities
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategically to deliver on territory
- Use approved omni-channel marketing tools and clinical studies to advance the understanding of the science supporting marketed products and indications.
- As part of a diverse team, continues to develop knowledge of the business to understand the healthcare and environment. Coordinate stakeholder management and provide regular feedback to colleagues of the HCP partner team on market situations and field that could affect business.
- Effectively manage expenses and budget to drive business
- Develop comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage, and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing performance
- Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties to effectively manage designated territory
- Attend and complete all required training
Job Holder Specification:
- University degree is required (science/business degree preferred)
- Experience: Over 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical biopharma sales experience will be considered, and experience selling to Neurologists
- Experience calling on specialists
- Experience in neurology and rare disease are a strong asset
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual
- Understanding of the accreditation of continuing education and IMC code of ethical practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Excellent presentation skills: Proven ability to communicate a message in an articulate & professional manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals are considered an asset
- Previous cross-functional territory planning experience
- Proven track record of success (winning performance)
- Business acumen, drive for results and strategic analytical skills
- Collaboration and interdependent skills to work with multiple internal partners
- Overnight travel within allocated territory (as needed or required by position)
- Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid driver's license
