Senior Litigation Attorney

Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of practice to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to work on complex and diverse litigation matters in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters with a focus on: Auto defense claims, 1st and 3rd party No-Fault litigation, Premises liability, Contract disputes and other civil claims
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents
• Manage case strategy from inception through resolution or trial
• Participate in discovery, depositions, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in [State]
• 10+ years of litigation experience required
• Prior experience in No-Fault, bodily injury, or insurance defense strongly preferred
• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
