This is a full-time role based in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI.
4 days work in office - 1 day work from home.
Base Salary - $77,000 - $85,000
Our client provides home and clinic-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities and other language delays. They are a family-centered organization that works in partnership with parents to meet their child's needs in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Duties will include:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress
Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings & authorizations.
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Requirements
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree
Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base pay
