JOB TITLE: VP of Enterprise Sales

DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Solutions - Sales

REPORTS TO: President, Enterprise Solutions

JOB LOCATION: Remote - U.S. Based

TRAVEL: This position requires up to 70% travel to i3 Corporate Offices, tradeshows, and customer sites throughout North America. 25% - 40% is a general estimate for average months.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Position is responsible for executive leadership of both the Enterprise Solutions Sales and Marketing departments to include being member of the Enterprise Solutions Leadership Team and responsible for delivering results from the Sales and Marketing departments in support of department and company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver team sales results to achieve forecasted sales in accordance with company vision and goals.
  • Direct and manage all vertical markets and the products sold into those markets to include creating and implementing a strategic plan in accordance with company vision and goals.
  • Direct and manage company image and public relations initiatives in accordance with company vision and goals.
  • Manage existing customer base and drive customer satisfaction to include fostering and maintaining strong relationships and handling issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Manage i3 Verticals partner relations primarily including maintaining strong and stable relationships with existing partners in accordance with company vision and goals.
  • Communicates team successes and issues to company leadership team in a timely manner.
  • Identifies and keeps abreast of industry technologies and trends and communicates to company leadership as needed.
  • Provides assistance on Contracts as requested.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or equivalent in a related field a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in comparable industry with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry or other Enterprise B2B technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
