Volt is immediately hiring for Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing) in Denton, TX.

This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually + Bonus

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience, with significant experience managing electrical manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of relevant UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67).
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software like Jira is preferred.

As a Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing) you will:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex electrical panel manufacturing projects for a rapidly growing company.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping) and external stakeholders (Customers, Vendors).
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory/safety compliance (including UL standards).
• Oversee project documentation and reporting, utilizing project management software.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
