WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As a Creative Director, you'll bring big ideas to the table while leading teams to develop powerful creative on behalf of brands such as American Express, Bank of America, and ADP. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Contributing fresh ideas, transforming them into concepts, and effectively leading cross-disciplinary teams to bring them to life through implementation.
  • Inspiring creative teams to uncover hidden potential-squeezing every ounce of beauty and simplicity out of complex products and services in an impactful and meaningful way.
  • Managing client relationships, deeply understanding their needs, and selling in ideas.
  • Acting as the Creative through-line for hardworking activations to ensure the creative vision is brought to life both visually and verbally across every channel.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading creative work across all channels including video, ideally at an advertising agency working with clients with complex products and services.
  • A strong copywriting background with a track record of understanding art direction.
  • Excellent persuasive communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for mentorship and building a healthy and productive creative environment along with collaboration among other disciplines.
  • An excited and positive attitude about working with complex products and services.
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience, a reel of powerful video work that brings together both visual and verbal is a bonus.
