Location: Remote, PST

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain technology stack across diverse platforms, including Android, iOS, and REST services.
Facilitate and drive strategic technology decisions alongside senior technology stakeholders.
Serve as a mentor, technical guide, and thought leader for a talented team of mobile engineers, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in product management, technology, program management, and analytics to balance rapid product roadmap execution against strong engineering principles.
Continuously enhance product resiliency and reliability.
Regularly track and analyze business impact and feature performance metrics to inform strategic improvements.
Engage in deep collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams to evolve and optimize reporting platforms.
Proven track record in building and managing effective development teams.
Strong knowledge of testing best practices, including familiarity with at least one mobile testing framework.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years managing and scaling engineering teams for large-scale, high-volume mobile applications.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, highly available mobile applications.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex product and technical requirements.
Proven ability to effectively partner with business units, product management, program management, and cross-functional teams to achieve agile, high-quality business outcomes.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and product quality.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, common design patterns, algorithms, and experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns.
Solid hands-on experience with Kotlin, Swift, and web services such as GraphQL and REST/JSON.
Proven track record in building and managing effective development teams.
Strong knowledge of testing best practices, including familiarity with at least one mobile testing framework.
Prior Slalom exp preferred
