Job Description
The Associate Media Director must be highly motivated, technically savvy, detail oriented, and strives to lead the day-to-day management of the digital media for our dedicated client all while embracing a challenger brand mindset. This individual will develop/deliver/inspire Publicis' vision while continuing to build the client's brand.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of digital media experience and is a data-driven and thoughtful decision maker who strives to foster an environment of welcomed creativity and learning for their team. The Associate Director is one of the main points of contact for the client and must be comfortable with day-to-day client interaction as well as managing a team including a Manager and an Analyst. Proven account management and team leadership experience is essential, along with experience in online marketing and digital media.

Compensation Range: $106,000-$122,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor client service delivery executions of the assigned account to ensure brand objectives are met
- Oversee process development and ensure best practices are in place
- Assures quality control of all media planning and implementation
- Implement planning process for the assigned account and holistic media planning across digital platforms and initiatives
- Coordinate efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities
- Develop action plans for achieving and measuring digital plan success, including setting key metrics, measurement and optimization strategies
- Lead regular check-ins on campaign performance and track against KPIs
- Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies
- Create and deliver presentations to both clients and internal teams showcasing campaign strategy and performance results
- Develop points of view on new technologies, trends and opportunities in the digital marketplace
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
- Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Motivate, lead, and manage internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients' performance and business objectives
- Conduct performance reviews and career path plans
- Provide training to direct reports as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in digital media and marketing - including OLV, display, programmatic, native advertising/content marketing, and/or social media
- Minimum of 3+ years working with Programmatic platforms with hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys
- Previous team management experience
- Understanding of best practices for leveraging digital tactics for brand communication
- Agility to go hands on keyboard and manage complex campaign execution
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for managing and optimizing API/self-serve buys on Google/YouTube
- Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights and optimization recommendations
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication/presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel as well as Google Analytics, Prisma, and DSPs
