JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing treasury support and analysis for Lincoln Electric System (LES) and District Energy Corporation (DEC). Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing investments, banking relationships, and various compliance-related activities. Leads medium to large projects with minimal guidance. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Monitor daily liquidity and work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of short-term cash forecasting.
- Maintain positive banking relationships and assist with the setup of new accounts when necessary.
- Support management of investment portfolios in accordance with each entity's respective Investment Policy and Program.
- Assess broker performance and make recommendations to optimize investment returns.
- Manage compliance activities relating to Southwest Power Pool, various revolving credit agreements, and other outstanding LES debt.
- Administer the LES Commercial Paper Program.

- Proficient use of Excel, Access, and Enterprise systems. SAP experience is preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, and
- Two years of progressively more responsible treasury experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- MBA or other applicable advanced degree is preferred.
