Position Description

As the Product Manager for our nitrous oxide product line, you will be responsible for executing our strategy and driving the success of the product. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills to manage all aspects of the product line, including prioritizing and coordinating cross-functional support activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Analyzes markets and competition and develops roadmaps and initiatives for differentiation of existing products and new product development
  • Delivers the operating plan: Achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of the business unit
  • Manage product development process from concept to design, specification, sample production, testing, cost, pricing, production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to prioritize and implement roadmaps and strategic initiatives to obtain strong value propositions
  • Accountable for and works with operations and sales teams to create and execute a viable go-to-market strategy that ensures market share
  • Supports sales team and customers with guidance on product application. (Piping specification services a plus, not a must)
  • Manages product service and support strategies - including training of hotline, field technicians and dealer technicians
  • Builds and keeps relationships to key customers - Dealers, DSOs, KOLs etc.
  • Accountable for meeting goals on KPIs for the product lines assigned
  • Coordinates all technical and commercial aspects of new product programs
  • Interfaces with customers and attending industry events

Work Experience Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in at least 1 of the following fields: Marketing, Technical Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing Management or Business Development for nitrous oxide delivery systems or related products required
  • Experience with business strategy, negotiations, project management, and team leadership
  • Technical experience with dental products is preferred but not a must.
  • Skills in presentation preparation, data analysis is a must

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's in engineering, marketing, business management or equivalent, required
