Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in EUV lithography and semiconductor process integration
- Collaborate with academic, industry, and government partners to develop breakthrough technologies
- Lead technical projects aligned with NSTC research objectives
- Develop and publish research findings in scientific journals, patents, and industry forums
- Work closely with industry stakeholders to align research initiatives
- Represent Natcast in scientific conferences, working groups, and consortia
Required Skills and Experience:
- PhD or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- 7+ years semiconductor R&D experience, with focus on DUV and EUV Lithography
- Demonstrated expertise in DUV/EUV lithography, photomasks, metrology, and materials science
- Experience with EDA methodologies and test structure design
- Hands-on experience with lithography equipment and process integration
- Proven experience with Si hardware execution in advanced fab environments
- Strong background in cross-disciplinary research and consortium environments
- Excellence in technical project management
- Exceptional communication abilities

- SiView MM/SM MES experience

- Patent portfolio in lithography technologies
