We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join our Omni team at Sam's Club. You will help shape and execute the eCommerce business strategy. You will work with teams to identify growth opportunities, inspire innovation, and improve the Member experience across Omni channel business. You will report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Operations. This position is based out of Bentonville, Arkansas.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute the Omni strategy for Sam's Club, aligning with the business objectives while driving performance against our annual operating plan.
- Lead the eCommerce management system - managing leadership updates, staff, etc. including monthly digital walks and COE programs on major events / seasonal activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and implement end-to-end process discipline to future proof pre- and post- transaction experience.
- Collaborate with partners, including senior leadership, to identify and coordinate tracking and prioritization of issues, escalations, and feature requests including acting as the business partner to product and engineering organizations for regular product planning.
- Partner closely with digital fulfillment and last mile delivery team to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot upstream opportunities to
- Conduct market research industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate potential initiatives and investments.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other team members to communicate strategy and results.
What you'll bring:
- A strong project management, operations, strategy or eCommerce background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and are capable of creating presentations suitable for executives.
- You have experience leading multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives.
- You have strong problem solving and technical skills enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction.
- You know project management inside and out.
