Senior Trial Attorney - Personal Injury

Direct Counsel is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to join our team of experienced personal injury lawyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, legal writing, and trial experience.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee all phases of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through resolution, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic direction.
• Trial Representation: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to secure favorable verdicts.
• Negotiation: Engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving successful outcomes. Teal

This role is pivotal in guiding clients through the complexities of personal injury claims, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

We offer a competitive salary $175,000 to $200,000 annually and benefits package.
