Hybrid Opportunity (Plano/Dallas, TX)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk management strategies and deliverables.
- Lead meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating goals, progress, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to drive successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Experience utilizing Content Management System (CMS) expertise to strategize and oversee content management workflows.
- Anticipate and resolve project risks, ensuring smooth project flow and aligning with organizational objectives.
- Draft Quarterly / Monthly Business Review presentations and present to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with enterprise-level content management systems and complex project ecosystems.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing customer facing web development projects.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive project plans and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.).
- Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in developing visually appealing Power Point presentations to effectively communicate project information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or for Microsoft or other large tech companies.
- Consultancy experience: Strong background in providing consultancy services, with the ability to understand and align with clients' business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Current knowledge of trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering, product development, and AI/ML.
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
