Job Summary
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Supervision & Mentorship: Provide leadership, training, orientation, and professional development for social work staff, including LCSWs and interns.
Clinical Assessments & Interventions: Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients.
Crisis Management: Perform safety assessments, including mandated abuse reporting (child, disabled adult, elder) and intervention strategies.
Care Coordination: Plan and collaborate with interdiscliplinary teams, and ensure seamless transitions of care.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Patient Advocacy: Serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote well-being and resource accessibility.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, crisis assessment, and case management.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
