Description
The County Executive Office is seeking senior-level leader to fill their Principal Analyst position to manage a broad array of policy and operational projects and programs, with a focus on the health and human services area. This includes adept analysis, interagency coordination and planning, and excellent communication skills to help coordinate high priority, multi-department initiatives such as homeless issues, mental and public health policies, and expansion of behavioral health treatment beds.

The Principal Analyst role, is the highest level in CEO Analyst series, involves overseeing broad County programs handling complex responsibilities, supervising staff, and making recommendations and decisions. This is an at-will position, exempt from the Civil Service provisions.

Responsibilities include managing multi-department projects to meet County objectives, analyzing and reporting data, developing policies and procedures, recommending system improvements, and undertaking countywide assignments. The candidate will build relationships with stakeholders, county staff, and other government agencies, embodying the County's values in a fast-paced environment.
