DIRECTOR, TALENT DEVELOPMENT

WINGSTOP RESTAURANTS, INC.

WHO WE ARE

Wingstop has been changing the flavor game since 1994, when our very first restaurant opened in Garland, Texas. Known as 'The Flavor Experts,' our mission is to Serve the World Flavor, and we are just getting started. Wingstop is one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry with our sights set on becoming a top 10 global restaurant brand.

At Wingstop, we are dedicated to elevating life through flavor - serving craveable classic and boneless wings, tenders and chicken sandwiches, cooked to order and hand sauced-and-tossed in fans' choice of 12 bold, distinctive flavors. Our menu features signature sides including seasoned fries and our famous ranch and bleu cheese dips, made in restaurant each morning.

Bringing the flavor isn't just something we do with our food - it's a principle that guides everything we do as a company. Above all else, our people are Wingstop's competitive advantage, anchored in a value system that our restaurant team members and Global Support Center teams stand behind. Our teams are encouraged to bring their flavor to work every day, contributing to a crave-worthy culture that sets Wingstop apart.
