GCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Targeter to support critical mission areas with the flexibility to adapt and surge to other areas as mission needs arise. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize and analyze complex data from disparate sources, collaborate seamlessly with diverse and geographically dispersed teams, and perform in-depth network analysis. Strong technical skills and expertise in data analysis and visualize are required along with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets to inform mission-critical decisions.
Tasks:
Regularly integrate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Work with relevant teams and partners to identify, plan, and execute strategic programs.
Coordinate communications and information exchanges while ensuring approvals and compliance in all programs.
Prevent conflicts and duplication of efforts across the team and programs.
Draft and coordinate key communications and ensure smooth execution of communicated objectives.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a targeter
Proven proficiency with a variety of tools and databases
Demonstrated experience building and maintain contacts within the community to facilitate lead sharing and coordination
Examples of support to operations with appropriate examples
Experience writing customer products and coordinating their release efficiently
Demonstrated familiarity with technical topics including IP addresses, MAC addresses, and computer networks.
Key Skills:
-Cyber Operations experience
-Experience with building network diagrams
-Experience targeting mobile networks and pivoting to traditional networks
Desired skills:
Experience with foreign language.
Prior work with the customer component
Working knowledge of telecommunications, including cell and computer networks.
Education Requirement:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirement:
8-10 years of experience
