Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Field Operations to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and meet our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements by region and service type. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management and a proven track record of successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Ensure department employees execute projects in accordance with the company's KPI requirements by region and service type.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and ensure the necessary human resources for the successful execution of projects.
  • Process Implementation: Plan department resources and development by implementing processes to ensure effective management, transparency, and quality.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain internal documentation that meets the company's requirements.
  • Information Flow: Ensure timely and effective information flow within the unit.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the department team, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on the department's work results according to the Direct Manager's instructions, ensuring transparent and effective management.
  • Reputation Building: Build the department's reputation within the company, focusing on collaboration and professionally completed work.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks under high intensity and time pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Attention to order, quality, and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility for work results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures.
