The salary range offered for this role is USD $149,175 - 208,845. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance. This role also will be eligible for participation in a discretionary long-term incentive program, pursuant to which an employee may receive awards based on their level and individual performance.

As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Act as a primary contact to Investor Relations, offering insights into financial and operational performance, financial modeling, conveying key storylines.
- Maintain working relationships with key business partners allowing for information sharing and alignment on shared objectives and communications.
- Key resource in providing Ad Hoc analysis as needed to Senior Leadership Team.
- Oversee Internal Reporting SOX controls driving the process Globally with key partnerships with operations, Internal Audit, and External Auditors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Head of Internal Reporting to develop key analysis and reporting tools as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, tools, and financial processes partnering with counterparts within the Internal Reporting team.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to build future leaders.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g: CPA, CFA, or CA) preferred.
- 10+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting (US GAAP), controls, FP&A, and budgeting.
- Strong command of financial systems, architecture, and master data (experience with BPC a plus).
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and presenting to executive audiences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and business partnership skills.
