Summary:
- The Device Partner Sales team is initiating a project aimed at refining our approach and support structures to deliver a more curated and simplified Windows PC ecosystem. We are in search of a project manager to support this project and to work across teams to deliver structured working model to establish this project and move it from the concept and data collection stage to a clearly defined project with structure, objectives, and process that track and manage workstreams and set up this project best for success. The Project Manager will need to have good experience working in fast changing and dynamic environments and history of working with multiple stakeholders and teams across Microsoft, Ecosystem Analysts and Partners. Data analysis and interpretation will be required for this role. The Project Manager will interface with teams and leadership from across the business and lead the project vTeam.
- Job Responsibilities:
- - Partnering to define and understand the objective and challenges.
- - Establishing a project and working structure to address and support the project objectives.
- - Build and maintain a central project store for all materials and create and manage a Master Project document/PowerPoint that is always up to date and available for leadership and project members to access at all times.
- - Managing the project, leading cross functional activities, assigning tasks, partnering with stakeholders to support the delivery of work needed for the project.
- - Provide weekly project updates, schedule and status reports.

- Proven project management experience
- People management and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
