Position Description

ENSCO Avionics is looking for a talented PWB Designer. Your responsibilities will include supporting EEs with release of PWA design packages by creating, cleaning up, and reviewing release packages. You will also be responsible for maintaining drawing status tracker and usher drawing packages through release. Addition of new parts and maintenance of existing parts to the ECAD component library. You may also be responsible for generating test rig data packages including wiring diagrams/schematics, parts lists, and wiring tables.

Qualifications Required (Skills)
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Equivalent and 10 years related experience
  • 5+ years Altium experience for schematic capture, board design, and component library management.
  • Taking direction/redlines/comments from engineers, to create updated drawings.
  • Adherence to formal drawing release practices.
  • Ability to setup design rules and design within the constraints of those rules.
  • Highly organized to track drawing status.
  • Willingness to have work reviewed early and often.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow and/or contribute to existing design standards/practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
