The Team
INFRA North America T&L is seeking an accomplished Senior Director (title contingent on seniority, experience, and qualifications) to lead business development, relationship management, and delivery quality for global investors seeking operational and technical due diligence in transportation and logistics investments. This senior leadership role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with infrastructure funds, investment banks, and large private equity funds interested in investing in, acquiring, or constructing transportation and logistics assets in North America. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Head of the INFRA North America Transportation and Logistics Practice, the ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry connections and expertise to rapidly secure opportunities while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The salary range is $215,000 - $235,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities with global investors, leveraging a robust network to drive demand for INFRA's operational and technical due diligence services.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, strategic partnerships with infrastructure funds, investment banks, and private equity firms, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the investment process.
- Delivery Quality: Oversee the execution of operational and technical due diligence, ensuring high-quality insights into transportation and logistics assets (e.g., ports, rail, warehousing) that inform investor decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with colleagues outside the department specializing in financial due diligence to deliver comprehensive, seamless due diligence solutions tailored to client needs.
- Opportunity Sourcing: Work with internal teams to align INFRA's service offerings with investor priorities, facilitating deal origination and asset evaluation.
- Market Leadership: Represent INFRA at industry events, investor forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and position the practice as a leader in transportation and logistics advisory services.
- Strategic Input: Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics to shape the practice's growth strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business development, investor relations, or due diligence within infrastructure, transportation, or logistics sectors, with a proven ability to secure high-value opportunities.
- Extensive network of connections with institutional investors, private equity firms, or investment banks, enabling rapid opportunity generation.
- Deep expertise in operational and technical due diligence for transportation and logistics assets (e.g., airports, highways, intermodal facilities).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex findings with clarity.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with investors and industry partners.
