Job Description:

Pay Range: $77.42hr - $81.42hr

• Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management.
• Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.
• Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
• Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
• Support Fabrication and Integration of Space Flight Hardware and Software: tasks include Approve Work Authorization Documents; Support material review and corrective action system and Standard repair development and authorization; Evaluate use of sampling methods, key characteristic data collection, and monitoring once the process, documentation, and personnel are stable; Continually evaluate contract performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction Support Acceptance Test and Qualification Test Procedure (ATP/QTP) failures; Ensure approved test procedures, Certificates of Conformance or other contractually acceptable sell-off methods; Identify required quality records, including preparation and maintenance;
• Strong Root analysis skills and written communication skills.
• Ensure team understanding of Quality procedures, requirements via briefings; Conduct program process audits as required.
• Education: 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of J Standard 01 and 620.
• Knowledge of AS9100D.

• BA of Engineering Aerospace Electrical or Mechanical
