The Compliance Specialist, E-Commerce, performs market surveillance to ensure all Bluetooth products are compliant with the Bluetooth requirements. This role interacts with all types of companies from all regions of the world to promote and encourage them to join the Bluetooth SIG.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate and promote program benefits and encourage companies to join the Bluetooth SIG
- Provide support for questions and issues related to program benefits and requirements for using the Bluetooth trademarks and adopted specifications
- Work with teams to define average metrics and pattern analysis to establish a baseline for measured improvements to the program and processes
- Own the data tracking including generating weekly and ad-hoc reporting for management
- Execute market surveillance, identify and remove products in violation from online retailers
- Partner with other responsible teams to assist companies in completing their membership applications and drive product compliance and interoperability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Coordinate closely with the Bluetooth Compliance team on collaboration efforts
- Take on unique projects and support the gathering of information or execution
- 10% Travel domestic or international
Skills and Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience working within a multi-national company

- Proficiency with Microsoft CRM
- Experience with Power BI and presenting data to management
- At least 4 years experience working with customers/members
- Experience in Excel working with formulas/pivot tables
