Job Description
Are you a self-motivated, detailed individual with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills? If so, consider applying for the Records Management Specialist position within Treasury's Forms, Documentation & E-file Services!
Days are busy with ensuring Treasury's retention schedules are followed, meeting with Records Management Liaisons, and responding to inquiries from DTMB Records Management. You will work closely with Treasury business areas to review and update retention schedules and distribute information to assist them in performing their responsibilities. This position ensures Treasury guidelines are followed, provides excellent customer service, and builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
Experience with records management; collecting, analyzing, and organizing data; communicating effectively with customers; and maintaining favorable public relations are all qualities that will help you succeed in this position.

Required Education and Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
