This NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, business process optimization, 3rd party integrations and application development aspects of NetSuite.
Responsibilities of the Remote NetSuite Administrator Job:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite system including user setup, roles, permissions, and configurations, including periodic review and adjustment
- Manage and maintain customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations and customizations to meet evolving business needs
- Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.
- Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness in the NetSuite system
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems
- Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on the NetSuite system
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system reliability, security, and performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite system updates and best practices
- Support Change Management of NetSuite system
- Assist in leading system upgrades and updates by working with internal and external teams
Desired Skill of the Remote NetSuite Administrator Job:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience administering and supporting NetSuite
- NetSuite Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory management, and order management
- Experience with customizations, workflows, and scripting in NetSuite
